Eligibility Qualification: Pass in 10+2 examination from a recognised Board/University or its equivalent qualification with English as one of the compulsory subjects.
How to apply: Prospectus can be obtained from Programme Centres (listed above; complete addresses can be downloaded from the IGNOU website): (a) in person on week days during working hours on payment of P.s.250/- in cash, or (b) by post sending a Demand Draft for Rs.350/-in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi.

Applications should be submitted (by post or in person) only at Programme Centre where the student intends to study.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a merit list drawn for each Programme Centre. Reservation of seats as per the Government of India rules would be applicable for SC/ST/OBC/ Physically Handicapped/War Widow/Kashmir Migrant.
