Job Offer on the day admission itself GCC signs MoU with Potential Technologies GCC News Bureau
Bangalore: Garden City College has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Potential Technologies to promote the finishing school concept at its campus.
Through the understanding, GCC will be able to produce readily employable graduates to tap the national potential of up to 15,000 jobs for its students in different core domains through Potential Technologies and its subsidiary companies in the years 2011 and 2012.
Students who score 45% and above in 2nd PUC / 12th class examinations will be inducted into this programme with an offer letter on the day of admission.
The students will in return, get 100% commitment of job placements for every student with an assured salary between Rs.1,,20,000/-CTC to Rs.3,00,000/- CTC based on the academic performance upon graduation and thereafter they can repay their bank loans.
Tie up with Hanze University, Netherlands
Bangalore:Hanze University has signed up with ties with Garden City Foundation to conduct courses on Retail Management and Facility Management.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Dr.Joseph V.G., Chairman, Garden City Foundation and Mr. Cor de Ruiter, Vice-president Hanze University Groningen, Netherlands.
As a part of the program, GCC lecturers and graduates will be trained in Retail and Facility Management subjects to teach at Garden City Foundation.
The two programmes are Post Graduate Certificate in Retail Management and Post Graduate Certificate in Facility Management.
The Facility Management course is being endorsed by International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
Incubation Centre at GCC
Garden City Foundation - the incubation centre and the professional training division of Garden City College has identified core competency jobs for its group of institutions.
Students joining GCC will be selected for a professional training programme spread across the duration of the course and will be placed.
This is again an opportunity for a fresher to be a part of the professional world right at the time of admission.
The selection procedure will involve a three tier process of which the first round is an online test followed by an interview and a probation period of three months to assess the adaptability to the concerned environment.
