1.M.B.B.S H.S.C.(+2) or equivalent qualification with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or) Botany and Zoology with marks as prescribed by respective statutory council / authorities
2.B.D.S.
3.B.SC.(Nursing)
4.B.P.T

Prospectus and Application Form for All India Common Entrance Examination may be obtained from the Registrar by post by sending a requisition letter for MBBS / BDS along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1100/- ( Rupees One thousand one hundred only) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, Sree Balaji Medical College Hospital" payable at chennai or in person by paying Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) & Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for B.Sc.(Nursing)/B.P.T. at the University office:

Candidates belonging to any State in India are eligible to apply.
Candidates appearing for H.Sc.(+2) Examinations or equivalent examinations or awaiting results may also apply.
The University will not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit of communications.
Last date for receipt of duly filled in application form on or before 14.7.2008
