IITs to conduct JEE 2009 on Apr 12 |

New Delhi : The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-2009 on April 12, 2009.
The JEE is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs); Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU), Varanasi and Indian School of Mines University (ISMU), Dhanbad.
It is a mandatory entrance examination for all Indian and foreign nationals seeking admission to the above mentioned institutes.

JEE 2009 Announcement :-
The examination will consist of two papers, each of three hours duration. Paper 1 and Paper 2 will each have three separate sections on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Both papers will be objective-type, designed to test comprehension, reasoning and analytical ability of candidates. |
Examination schedule for JEE 2009
Date of Examination: 12th April, 2009 (Sunday)
Paper 1: 09.00 to 12.00 hrs.
Paper 2: 14.00 to 17.00 hrs.
A candidate can submit the application form either online or off-line through paper application.
The last date for receipt of completed application form at all IITs is December 24, 2008.
