New Delhi: Thousands of students, who were keeping their fingers crossed, heaved a sigh of relief on Wednesday as the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the Class 12 and Class 10 examination results 2009.
CBSE announced the Class 12 Examinations results for the Chennai, Ajmer and Panchkula regions at 10 am IST. |

CBSE will announce the remaining results of the Class 12 Board Examinations i.e. for Delhi, Guwahati and Allahabad regions on May 22, 2009 at 10 am IST.
This year, a total of 6,37,578 students - 2,64,248 female candidates and 3,73,330 male candidates - took the CBSE Class 12 Board exams across the country and abroad.
The CBSE Class 10 Examination results 2009 are expected to be announced on May 27, 2009.
