 CBSE to conduct AIEEE 2009 on April 26

New Delhi : Following the directives of the Department of Secondary & Higher Education - Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Eighth All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) on April 26, 2009.
 
AIEEE is conducted by CBSE for admission to degree-level courses in Engineering and Architecture in the National Institute of Technologies (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technologies (IIITs), Centrally Funded Institutes, Deemed Universities and Institutions in States /UTs other than those covered by the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
AIEEE 2009 Announcement :-
The information bulletin containing the application form and other details are available at designated

branches of Syndicate Bank / Other Banks/ NITs / Deemed Universities / Institutions and the regional offices of CBSE.The information bulletin along with the application form can also be obtained by post.The last date for receipt of completed applications for AIEEE 2009 is January 10, 2009.

AIEEE 2009 - Schedule of Examination :-

Date of Examination : April 26, 2009

Paper – I
Course: B.E. / B.Tech.
Subject: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
Timing & Duration: 9.30 am to 12.30 pm (3 Hours)

Paper – II
Course: B.Arch. / B.Planning.
Subject: Mathematics – Part – I, Aptitude Test – Part -II, Drawing Test – Part - III
Timing & Duration: 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm (3 Hours)
