Description:
The International Institute of Management and Technology is a private, but government aided college that offers Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism, and others such courses. The college takes a yearly entrance exam for the admission purpose in these courses. The test is of state level, thus residents of the state of Uttar Pradesh only are allowed to seat in this exam. The college is based in Meerut.
Eligibility Criteria:
• An aspirant must be a citizen of India and must be a dweller of this state for more than ten years. • The aspirants must also secure a minimum of 40% marks in their Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent test. • The aspirants belonging to the schedule caste and schedule tribe classes have to secure 10% less in the above criterion. • The applicant’s age limit ranges from 17 years minimum to a maximum of 22 years as on the date of entrance examination.
Selection Procedure:
Aspirants have to appear for a written entrance exam. The selected candidates are then called for a personal interview. Only those aspirants are selected from the lots who have attained highest marks in both the entrance test and the interview. The aspirants who belong to the schedule caste and schedule tribe classes are given reserved seats for the admission purpose.
