Tribhuvan veterinary college in Uttar Pradesh was established in the year 1992. This college holds an annual entrance examination in veterinary medical course offering bachelor’s degree in this stream for its 110 seats. This institute was among the first privately owned veterinary colleges in India. Though not so much famous but still this college holds one of the toughest entrance examination for veterinary course.

Eligibility Criteria:

•    Aspirants must be a citizen of India but should not belong to the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
•    He or she must be secured a minimum of 55% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their Higher Secondary examination or its equivalent examination.
•    This criterion is 10% less for scheduled cast and scheduled tribe aspirants.
•    He or she should have attended a minimum age of seventeen years and should not have attended a maximum age of 23 years.

Selection Procedure:

Applicants have to appear for a written entrance examination in order to take admission in this college. Only after passing this examination they are called for a personal interview after making through the minimum attainable marks set up by the panel board of this college for its entrance exam. A few seats are also reserved for scheduled cast, scheduled tribe and other backward classes belonging aspirants. Domicile status plays an important role during the admission process of the individual aspirants.
