LPU or Lovely Professional University lies among the largest Indian Universities, which provides Post Graduate and Under Graduate courses to the aspirants. This University is situated in Punjab. The University has been recognized by the Government of India under the section of UGC Act i.e. University Grant Commission Act, 1956. Business India has ranked this University as A++ Institute for providing Management Courses to the students. The aim of this University is to Transform India by providing better education.

Eligibility Criteria:

•    Candidates should have passed class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, from Non Medical or Medical Stream, and from any of the recognized Board.
•    Students who have Medical Stream are eligible for Bio Technology also.

Selection Procedure:

Selection of the students is completely based on the performance of the students in the NEAT exam i.e. National Engineering Aptitude Test, which is conducted by the University itself. Short listings of the candidates are done on the basis of the scores in the NEAT exam. The short listed candidates have to appear for Personal Interview and Group Discussion.

•    Last date for submission of completely filled in application form: 28th February, 2009
•    NEAT exam date: 3rd May to 10th May, 2009
•    Group Discussion and Personal Interview : starts from 9th March, 2009
