Bharathier University is a well-to-do university of India and is situated in Coimbatore. It provides biotechnology courses in degree level. The university is well known in Tamil Nadu. The university is known for conducting entrance tests for biotechnology courses.
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate needs to be a citizen of India for appearing in the entrance examination in this institute. He or she should have scored a minimum of 55% in their Higher Secondary Examination. The aspirant’s age range should be from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 22 years as on 31st of December of the previous year of the present entrance examination.
Selection Procedure:
A written entrance examination is compulsory for the candidates. There are reserved seats on the basis of merit. Candidates should have a good command in physics, mathematics and chemistry in their Higher secondary examination. The course provided is of 3 years duration. If the candidate is selected in the entrance examination then he or she needs to go through group discussions and then an interview, only then candidates will be selected for the course.
