Description:
The Regional College of Hospitality Management is a government-based, privately run College. This college is located in Chennai and is considered one of the best amongst the hospitality management colleges of the region. The college takes an annual entrance exam before taking admission in the hotel management course. The college offers this course at both Bachelor as well as Diploma level degree. However, the entrance test is conducted only for bachelor level course.
Eligibility Criteria:
Aspirants has to be a citizen of India and should be a domicile resident of the state of Tamil Nadu for more than 10 years. Moreover, the candidate must have secured a minimum of 40% in their Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent test. The age range of the applicants should be from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 23 years as on the date of entrance exam.
Selection Procedure:
Aspirants have to appear for a written entrance exam. Only those candidates are called for the final admission interviews that have cleared the cut off marks of this entrance exam. The candidates that belong to the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe class and have excelled themselves in certain spheres of life are given direct admission to this college under the reserved depressed class quota. The college considers the marks obtained by the individual candidates of bachelor degree before taking admission in the diploma level course.
