Keeping in mind the ever growing demand of the software developer around the nooks and corner of the globe, Maharashtra MCA Common Entrance Exam is conducted every year for admissions to MCA course in the state of Maharashtra. The importance of this exam in Maharashtra is quite evident from the number of candidates taking this exam every year. Moreover, the course structure is all well formulated and well according to the norms and regulations laid down by the AICTE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 year duration, with a minimum of 45 percent of marks in aggregate. In addition, the college they have last attended to must also be recognized by AICTE.
• At 10+2, they must have Mathematics as one of their main subjects.
• Candidates appearing for the final exam are also eligible to write the test.
Selection procedure:
Selection of the candidates depends quite a lot on the performance of the candidates in the Common Entrance Test.

• Application form availability, start date: February, First Week
• Entrance date: 1st March, 2009
• Result Declaration: April, First Week
• Final List Display Date: June, Second Week
